A new 65-footer Trawler by Zuccheri Yacht Design

After introducing their Trawler 52, Zuccheri Yacht Design has just unveiled a 65-footer trawler project, backed by his experience with the Maine series produced by Cantieri Estensi.

The hull will have a very pronounced angle on the bow, designed to deal with any wave, and an aft section with great lift, for better hydrodynamic efficiency. A small keel will give more direction in displacement, because of the use of the yacht even at low speeds.

Powered by twin 800 hp engines, this 21.22m motor yacht will have a 26,5 knots top speed and a 20 knots cruising speed.

As for the layout, the lower deck will accommodate the en suite master cabin amidships and the en suite VIP cabin in the bow. Between them, there will be two guest cabins. There will also be an aft crew cabin with access from the cockpit and from the swim platform.

The main deck will feature the cockpit forward including an enjoyable dining area and the helm station. Directly aft, the galley will be located in a separate room between the dining area and the lounge area.
