Long Range Marine introduce their 24m Realship Expedition

In January 2013, I wrote an article introducing the newly Thai-based shipyard Long Range Marine.

Joe Johnson, the owner, just came back to us with the news of a 24m Realship Expedition vessel currently in build at their new facility in Thailand.

With a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, this passagemaker will be powered by twin 325 hp John Deere continuous duty diesels with keel cooling through an expansive network of integral piping on the steel hull.

As for the interior, the lower deck will accommodate three en-suite cabins and two smaller cabins sharing a bathroom for the crew.

The main deck will feature the galley and the spacious salon.

The pilothouse will be based on the upper deck allowing an all around visibility and commanding view of the large foredeck with her 20’ Jet tender.
