Rossinavi unveils “Poseidon” their 44m explorer yacht project

The Italian-based shipyard Rossinavi has introduced their new project, "Poseidon" a sturdy and beautiful 44m explorer yacht.

Designed by Enrico Gobbi with the naval architecture from Arrabito Naval Architects, this comfortable and robust four deck expedition vessel will have an aluminium hull and superstructure.

Powered by twin Caterpillar C32 Acert, she will have a 17 knots top speed and a 14 knots cruising speed allowing her a fantastic 10,000 nautical miles range.

As for the layout, the interior will accommodate 8 guests and 7 crew members with a stunning semicircular “glass house” master suite on the upper deck that will guarantee the Owner a splendid view over the sea.

Another interesting feature will be the stylish stern with a fantastic enclosed pool and beach area.

Federico Rossi, Rossinavi COO said: “Poseidon is designed as a “go-anywhere exploration yacht” and the construction in Ice Class 1B permits this yacht to navigate in areas where it’s likely to encounter floating ice. The main impact of this ice class is the reinforced “ice belt” around the hull able to resist impact loads even greater than 55 tonnes per square metre. The entire yacht project contains all aspects of this specific regulation under the technical point of view, emphasizing the right relevance to specific needs in navigation systems, comforts and living spaces".
